Disney Junior’s Doc McStuffins is hitting the road in an interactive, health-focused “Doc Mobile” tour that will travel to 20 U.S. cities this August and September. If your pre-schooler is anything like my daughter, you know this is HUGE news. This and the fact that Season 2 of Doc McStuffins premieres Friday, Sept. 6, on Disney Junior.
Inspired by the mini-medicine cartoon, the multi-city tour will feature a 27-foot “Doc Mobile” and the theme So Much You Can Do… to Take Care of You! Inside the bus, kids can perform “check-ups” on their own toys and learn all about the elements of wellness, including fitness and nutrition. They’ll also have an opportunity to meet doctors from the Artemis Medical Society, a group of female African-American physicians.
